How to Get an EPR Certificate?

The process of obtaining an EPR Certificate involves the following steps:

1. Fill the application form with general information like name, address, details of electronic & electrical equipment
2. Provide information regarding the evaluation of e-waste generation of Electronic or Electric Equipment item-wise, including estimated target collection for the upcoming year
3. Provide information on the overall strategy to achieve EPR obligations, including targets
4. If applicable, submit details regarding the reduction of hazardous substances compliance through self-declaration and another declaration stating the possession of technical documents on RoHS for verification as required
5. Submit the application form along with the necessary documents
6. The CPCB will review the application form
7. If required by CPCB, submit additional details
8. Obtain the EPR Certificate from the CPCB
