Exceptions to this order include goods or articles manufactured domestically for export, as well as micro and small enterprises, as defined under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), until eighteen and fifteen months, respectively, from the date of publication of this notification.

The Bureau of Indian Standards is designated as the certifying and enforcing authority for Telescopic Ball Bearing drawer slides.

Non-compliance with this order is punishable under the provisions of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016.
