Step-1
An applicant must fill out an application form and provide all required documentation in order to receive a NOC. Each state board has a specific application. On their individual websites, each state pollution control board has application forms that applicants must fill out. Step-2
The Application must include the necessary data, such as
• Plans for reducing pollutants,
Site information, and
• Additional certificates of registration from the Industry Department, etc.
Step 3: After attaching the necessary documents to the application, the applicant must submit the application to the appropriate authority, such as
Manager, general
• Member Secretary or the District Industrial Centre
• Regional Officers of each State Pollution Control Board or the Pollution Control Board.
Step 4: four requires a response from the pollution control board within four months.
Step 5: The management of the business premises performs due diligence. The NOC application is either accepted or rejected based on the inspection.
Step 6: If the application is approved, the applicant is given a NOC certificate. However, the applicant must be aware of the rationale for the rejection if the application is turned down by the Pollution Control Board.
